      20 seconds to success. If you are time hungry or just want a workout that gets you fit fast, then Xercising can bring you just that. Xercising sessions have been designed to use intensity as its accelerant, to getting you fit in a safe yet effective way. Everybodies fitness levels, energy exersion and work rates are different so this is tailored into the plan for clients at all times.

      The 20 second rule is work hard & high for 20 second intervals - using explosive blasts of energy (your energy), for 30 minute sessions. This is a great way to get fit, mixing it up so the exercises are varied, challenging whilst keeping you engaged,focused & motivated. Working all your muscle groups so giving you a complete body workout efficiently and effectively.                                                        

Xercising Personal Training Women Only HIIT 20/20 we come to you so you can workout in your own home - working to improve & increase your fitness levels and health & well being, with lots of encouragement so you work hard and get the most out of your workout achieveing your goals & more.

Xercising HIIT 20/20 a group exercsie class - if you are looking for a fast paced energy fuelled class designed to get you fit fast then this is for you. This workout will get all your major muscle groups fired up working with you long after the workout is done. If you are a beginner or a fitness fanatic this workout allows you to work at your own pace & fitness level, so the only person you are competing against is yourself.
